"After sometime, the folks at Fox Tower Woodworks reached out to me and were able to fix the problems with one of the chairs. We had great communication and transparacy. Im very proud and appreciate the efforts Ryan and his team did. As for the other chair, due to shipping constraint issues, Im still awaiting the folks at Guy Harvey to close this loop. There is an easy solution and they have been slow to respond. They are still waiting approval from leadership (it shouldnt take 8+weeks) to finally correct the purchase. So I've been patient in working with them. I'll provide a final update when all is resolved."

Great artwork, but that's it

"I spent a ton of money on two chairs (+ shipping close to $100) and both of them have massive issues. First, it took nearly 2 months to receive. Upon arrival, it has to be assembled. If you're not good at this, plus the fact you'll need someone to assist, it may be a huge challenge. A bigger problem though is that NONE of the pre-drilled holes will fit the screws they provide. Which means, you, the customer will now have to re-drill them all. This should have been checked before boring up. Like i stated, the artwork work is nice but then the manufacture used a horrible sealant. On both chairs this sealer is pealing, already chipped off and there are bubbles over the artwork. It was put on with no care of any real workmanship nor a final quality care inspection. They just boxed them and shipped them out to customers with all the damage. These are out door chairs, but with such sloppy craftsmanship, they wont last very long in the weather. Now onto the final injury. I contacted Guy Harvey customer support numerous times before they finally responsed. I was told that the Manufacture would contact me to address the problems. Its been two weeks and i have heard nothing. Even additional messages to customer service have not been answered. So, I guess Im stuck with two junk chairs??? My strong advice, Do Not purchase these chairs until the manufacture fixes their quality controls and workmanship! I hate having to blast a company in this manner, but i spent a lot and did not receive quality products. Be very hesitant before you buy!"
