Where is my order and how can I track it?

Apparel items ship from North Carolina within 24 hours and usually arrive in 2–5 business days. Non-apparel items may take longer. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email.

Why are some items shipped separately or taking longer to ship?

Some products sold on our website are fulfilled by different vendors and may require additional handling or preparation before shipping. As a result, items in the same order may ship separately and have different delivery times. You will receive tracking information by email as each item ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping availability and shipping rates are shown at checkout based on your delivery address. Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on destination and customs processing.

How much does shipping cost? Do you offer free shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order contents and delivery address. We offer free shipping on U.S. apparel orders over $100. From time to time, we may also offer additional free shipping promotions on select orders.

How do I return or exchange an item?

We accept unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 30 days of delivery. To start your return or exchange, please visit our Returns Center: https://guyharvey.returnscenter.com/

Enter your order number and email address, select the item or items you want to return, and choose your reason. Then select whether you want a refund or an exchange. For exchanges, choose “Exchange for the same item” and select the size you would like.

Please note that made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or have a manufacturing defect.

Once your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping instructions.

Can I return or exchange made-to-order items?

How do I know if my return has been received and when will my refund or exchange be processed?

Once your return has been delivered to us, we process most returns within 5–7 business days.

For refunds, the amount will be issued to your original form of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for it to appear on your statement.

For exchanges, you will receive a notification with your new order confirmation once the exchange has been processed.

I received the wrong item, or my item is damaged. What should I do?

If you received the wrong item, or your item arrived damaged or with a defect, please email us at customerservice@guyharvey.com and attach clear photos of the item you received, including labels or tags if applicable. Be sure to include your order number so our team can review and assist you as quickly as possible.

I entered the wrong shipping address. How can I fix it?

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us at customerservice@guyharvey.com. Be sure to include your order number and the correct shipping address so we can update your order before it ships. Once the change has been successfully made, we will send you a confirmation email.

I made a mistake on my order. Can it be updated or canceled?

If you made a mistake when placing your order, such as selecting the wrong size or item, please contact us at customerservice@guyharvey.com with your order number and the requested change.

If your order has not shipped yet, we will do our best to update or cancel it. If the order has already shipped, you may request an exchange through our Returns Center once you receive the item.

My discount code is not working, or I forgot to apply it at checkout. Can it be added after my order is placed?

If your discount code is not working, or you forgot to apply it at checkout, please contact us at customerservice@guyharvey.com with your order number and the discount code you intended to use. We will review your request to confirm whether the code is valid and applicable to your order, as some promotions may have restrictions or exclusions.

Can I use more than one discount code on my order?

Only one promotional code may be used per order unless otherwise stated. Some promotions cannot be combined with other discounts or offers.

What should I do if my package is marked as delivered but I cannot find it?

If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend allowing a little additional time, as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered shortly before their actual arrival.

In the meantime, please check around your property, with neighbors, or with your building management, as carriers sometimes leave packages in secure or hidden locations.

Why is my special item or limited edition artwork taking longer to arrive?

Some artwork, including limited edition pieces and signed items, must be individually signed and numbered by Dr. Guy Harvey before shipping. Because each piece is signed by him personally, shipping times may occasionally depend on his travel schedule. Once your item is ready to ship, you will receive a tracking email with delivery details.

Do you offer a size chart, and how do your apparel items fit?

Yes. Size information is available on our apparel product pages to help you choose the best fit. If you are between sizes, we recommend reviewing the size chart and product details before placing your order.

How should I care for my Guy Harvey apparel?

Care instructions are listed on the garment tag and may also appear on the product page. Following the recommended washing and drying instructions will help preserve the fit, color, and performance of your item.
