We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to accept unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 30 days of delivery — free of charge.
This return policy applies only to purchases made directly on www.guyharvey.com. If you purchased a Guy Harvey product from another retailer or Amazon, please follow their return instructions.
Please note that final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

We’ve made the process simple and hassle-free. To begin your return or exchange, visit the Guy Harvey Returns Center — our online portal where you can generate your prepaid label in just a few steps.
Packaging Your Return
Whenever possible, please reuse the original poly mailer your order arrived in. It’s durable, eco-conscious, and easy to reseal using tape. If the original packaging is no longer usable, you may use any weather-resistant polybag that keeps the item secure during transit.

We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. We are not responsible for returns we do not receive. Returns must be sent prepaid — we are unable to accept COD shipments.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, your refund will be issued to your original form of payment. We process most returns within 5–7 business days, but please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.
Returns Without a Packing Slip
No packing slip? No problem. Just include a note in your return with your full name, order number, and email address, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Gift Returns
Gift returns will be refunded to the original form of payment used on the order.
Defective or Incorrect Items
We stand behind the quality of every Guy Harvey product. If you received an item that’s defective or not what you ordered, please start a return through our portal and select the appropriate return reason. We’ll make it right.
Amazon Orders
If your order was placed through Amazon, it must be returned via their platform.
