Shop with confidence this holiday season! Purchases made between November 1 and December 31, 2026, are eligible for returns or exchanges through January 31, 2027.
If your standard 30-day return window extends beyond January 31, the later date will apply.
All standard return conditions and exclusions apply. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Final sale items are excluded.

Packaging Your Return
Whenever possible, please reuse the original poly mailer your order arrived in. It’s durable and easy to reseal using tape. If the original packaging is no longer usable, you may use any weather-resistant polybag that keeps the item secure during transit.

We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. We are not responsible for returns we do not receive. Returns must be sent prepaid — we are unable to accept COD shipments.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, your refund will be issued to your original form of payment. We process most returns within 5–7 business days, but please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.
Returns Without a Packing Slip
No packing slip? No problem. Just include a note in your return with your full name, order number, and email address, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Gift Returns
Received a Guy Harvey gift that isn't quite right? You can request an exchange or receive store credit for another purchase. Simply select the gift return option in our Returns Center to get started.
Gift returns are subject to our standard return conditions and applicable holiday return extensions.
Defective or Incorrect Items
We stand behind the quality of every Guy Harvey product. If you received an item that’s defective or not what you ordered, please start a return through our portal and select the appropriate return reason. We’ll make it right.
