GUY HARVEY AND RESEARCH TEAM GO CRUISING FOR CONSERVATIONGUY HARVEY AND RESEARCH TEAM GO CRUISING FOR CONSERVATION

Guy Harvey has partnered with Norwegian Cruise Line to host a week of educational cruising around the Caribbean aboard the Escape. Joining Guy, a team of researchers from the Guy Harvey Ocean Foundation (GHOF), Guy Harvey Research Institute and Nova Southeastern University are presenting cruisers with discussions about the threats facing our ocean ecosystem and the work that is being done to conserve our resources. Topics include everything from coral reef ecology to shark and billfish research. Guests can also learn from Jessica Harvey, Guy’s daughter and the GHOF Cayman Project Manager, what it was like growing up exploring the world with Guy and how to film the world’s largest ocean predators from Emmy Award winning producer and videographer, George Schellenger. While in port in Roatan, Belize and Mexico, the team will visit local schools to teach students about the undersea world. Bon voyage!
