GUY HARVEY AT SEAWORLD ORLANDO

GUY HARVEY AT SEAWORLD ORLANDO

Guy Harvey was at SeaWorld Orlando on June 24th and 25th to meet fans, continue painting his 'Mako' mural, and experience Discovery Cove's newest shark interactive program.

Originally painted last year in conjunction with the opening of SeaWorld's 'Mako' roller coaster, Guy Harvey expanded his 'Mako' mural, adding two new mako sharks and several tuna to the growing work of art. Assisting Guy was aspiring artist, 11 year old Nolin Godwin, who sold some of his own original artwork and donated the proceeds to Guy in order to purchase a satellite tracking tag for a Mako shark. The 'Nolin' shark was tagged earlier this year and can be tracked at www.GHRItracking.org.

In addition to painting, Guy greeted fans and signed autographs at the Guy Harvey Shop. Hundreds of fans had the opportunity to meet Guy and get his iconic signature on their favorite Guy Harvey / SeaWorld merchandise.

Guy also got a sneak peek at Discovery Cove's new shark interactive experience, where he was able to get hands-on with a variety of sharks, including Nurse and Leopard sharks. Needless to say, Guy thoroughly enjoyed this one-of-a-kind experience. Guests will be able to have their own shark interactions at Discovery Cove later this year.
